When your back pain and constipation occur at the same time
some would assume that they are probably linked. Abdominal cramps with
constipation will generally signify that there is at least a mild fecal
impaction. It is certain that there’s blockage in your gastrointestinal tract.
When the blockage is left untreated it would cause pressure in your abdomen and
soon in your lower back. This is the explanation to why back pain and
constipation are linked. The longer the blockage left untreated, the higher the
pressure will become. When this would happen it is expected that the pain will
also increase.
