Running deck

The deck is where the activity takes place. You must have one that is comfortable and safe for you to use. Running decks have rollers at each end to hold the belt that moves over a wooden or fiberboard. The board is designed to have some spring to it to reduce the impact factor for injury. You should consider at least a 60″ length and 20″ width to allow room for running safely. For larger people, larger decks are required.
