Pain relief alternative without drugs

Alternative Pain Relief: How risk-free are them?

Although the thought of alternate pain relief is attractive to most
of us, to other people they find flaw with it. Alternative pain relief
is theoretically harmless because it bears no drug products, but rather
uses natural remedies.

Blame is found with alternative pain relief mainly because of some
people quoting that it does not work, and is a useless . However, there
are just as many people who swear by it. Thus, the argument will go on
on.

Whilst it comes to particular alternative pain relief alternatives,
a lot of them are simple and direct. Take, for instance, alternative
pain relief for a headache. There are several methods that can be
helpful, but one of the most common is to drink some herbal tea.

Specifically, it is believed that numerous headaches are stimulated
by dehydration. While drinking water could certainly be a helpful
relieve, herbal tea helps many different kinds of headaches as well as
muscle pain, because the warmth from it brings comfortableness.

Almond Oil is used in skin care because it acts as an emollient
(softening and soothing the skin), as a remedy for dry skin conditions,
and as a relief for irritation, inflammation, and itching. These
excellent emollient properties help the skin to balance its loss and
absorption of moisture. Almond oil is also used in the medical field to
help treat various forms of dermatitis

Another example of alternative pain relief is vinegar. Vinegar has
many uses, including use as an organic housecleaning solution! Vinegar
is known for being an antiseptic of sorts. Thus, if you find yourself
with a cut or a small burn, placing some vinegar on it could help to
subside the pain.

Live Healthy even With Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain

February 9th, 2008

For rheumatoid arthritis
sufferers whose painful illness prompts depression, relief may come
from the practice of an age-old technique already embraced by millions
around the world: meditation. The Arthritis Foundation has said that
several so-called “mind-body practices” may help arthritis patients
alleviate stress, pain, anxiety and depression. If someone is having
stress and trouble with their arthritis, if you can somehow decrease
the stress, you might be able to increase their function.

Natural Chronic Pain Relief

August 1st, 2007

My natural chronic pain relief formula.

After years of research and exploration into
self-healing, I began to understand that true comfort and freedom from
pain comes from the spirit within
. It is only through acknowledging
our pain can we truly heal and live a joyous pain-free life.

But the question remained, how do we go within
when there is so much outer all-consuming chronic body pain?

Through trial and error, I found the greatest
natural chronic pain relief occurred when all parts of my body were
simultaneously supported. This meant that all of my body was held in a precise,
relaxed position where all joints were centered and all voluntary muscles were
disengaged.

So I asked myself, “Where do I
remember being the most relaxed and pain-free?
” The answer that
came to me was: “when I was entirely submerged in water”. It was
basically when I felt weightless!

Then I had a moment of revelation. I realized
that my body became completely relaxed when underwater because all my joints
were centered and all my muscles and fascial sheaths were allowed to rest in
their natural length.
