When
chronic
constipation strikes, you may find yourselves with severe
abdominal and/or lower back pain for days on end and the potential
for serious health problems. As such, the
two principle anatomic causes of chronic constipation are growths and
a narrowing of the colon. Both causes can be treated but a physician
must first be certain as to the true cause before prescribing the
correct constipation remedy. To accomplish this, physicians have
several tools at their disposal. However, in a lot of cases, the
cause of chronic constipation is found to be neither anatomical or
functional. Instead, poor diet and a lack of exercise are truly the
culprits. Diets high in fiber are often recommended as a long-term
constipation remedy. Still, if you are experiencing chronic
constipation, a good colon flush should be in order and possibly a
consultation with a professional.

If the constipation
symptoms persist for more than 3-4 days, then a fecal impaction
or other issue may be involved that requires a health care
professionals attention. When your body cannot evacuate waste, the
bacteria and toxins within your stool begin to accumulate and may be
released into the bloodstream. Chronic constipation has been
associated with increased risk for a number of major medical
problems, including colon cancer. Although constipation problems can
cause serious medical problems when left untreated, fortunately they
can be prevented. Some of the most effective steps that you can take
to avoid constipation symptoms in the future are: eat a diet that is
rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants, avoid processed foods,
refined sugars, additives, caffeine, alcohol, and any stimulants, drink
plenty of water (1/2-2/3 ounce of water for every pound of body
weight),remove excess waste from gastrointestinal tract (colon
cleanse), and exercise (walking is great). Following those
preventative steps may help you deal with your constipation problems.

One of the simplest natural constipation
cure is a colon cleanse and it is extremely effective. While
there are many different versions of colon cleanse, the aim is to
remove old fecal material and parasites from the intestinal tract to
lighten the body and renew its ability to support all the organs in
the body. Although a colon cleanse is not the first line of defense
by conventional physicians, it is the backbone of all natural healing
methodologies. Certainly, you can not get healthy unless you get rid
of the toxins that are currently stuck in your body and you can not
do that unless you do a colon cleanse.

There is the possibility that the
harmful bacteria and toxins present in our waste will reenter the bloodstream
when the stool cannot be evacuated normally. In fact, these dangerous agents
will further degrade the digestive system and other organs in the body and
ultimately slow down the digestive process so the undigested food, stagnant
solid waste in the bowels produces toxins that cause cellular damage when they
are reabsorbed into the bloodstream and with that the rate of oxidation
increases that may cause severe constipation. Thus, it is necessary to consider
these colon cleansing detox
program which will not only help prevent constipation but will literally
improve your overall health that may prolong life.
