Understanding About Lower Back Pain

The main purpose of creating a blog on back pain issues is that this is a personal concern of mine. Being medically discharged from the US army since 1992 (Dessert Storm Vet). A number of varables involved to be exact, but I’m physically confound to a wheelchair and deal with body pain daily basis is what I do. As for back pain, it starts from the neck down, and goes to the back, lower back and even leg pain, you name it, I’ve felt it. I guess you could classify me as an expert in this field (niche), not really. Not meaning to highlight self, but I can relate to the back pain suffers out there.
And if I’m able helping others who are suffering from back pain or a number of related problems through this medium is my goal. If perhaps by posting relevent, up to date, fresh, content full of information rangeing from symptoms, the causes of, and also provide a variety of treatment options for viewers to choose from, could yes, earn a profit, but more importantly hopefully, provide a means to an end for those who are hurting. And that end would be to SUFFER NO MORE FROM BACK PAIN or at the very least see a reduction in the pain would be considered a success.
So if your are or know someone who may be dealing with back pain or a related problem, and maybe you are not sure about it. Dealing with chronic back pain

Dealing with chronic back pain and living a normal day to day life can sometimes be very frustrating and complicated. Back pain is a very painful thing to deal with on a every day basis. I find that some exercises help with lower back pain and any back pain in general. Youy actually get caught up in a catch 22. You have a back that is in pain so really dont feel like doing anything, and then on the other hand you should exercise to help relieve some of the back pain. The key for my chronic lower back pain is moving around not leeting it get bound up on me. Karen Jones Author back pain
