to have gum and mouth disease because of the insufficient supply of balance
nutrients. Good nutrition plays a vital role not only in the over all condition

supplied then oral health is said to very good. Many people are lack with
vitamin C which is very essential in the oral health. Obviously, people who

diseases like; bleeding gums, gingivitis and gum sore
are more likely lack
of Vitamin C. If the person is also deficient in Vitamin B, we can observe
redness of tongue and swelling of it, crack lips as well as dryness of the
mouth.

What is important to
prevent all this from occurring is to discipline ourselves about the food we
eat that should be rich in vitamins and nutrients. Gum and mouth disease is
caused by the bacteria that should be washed off and cleansed on a regular
basis to avoid it from multiplying inside the mouth. Moreover, it is very
important not to miss your dentist. A regular visit should be completed to help
the condition of the teeth.
